Eligibility

Services of the Site would be available to only select geographies in India. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If your age is below 18 years, your father / mother  or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited

Pricing

Prices and taxes thereon in respect of all products are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice. We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on our Website and application. All the products listed on the Website and application will be sold at Indian Rupees either at Maximum Retail Price ( MRP) (inclusive of all taxes) or at an Offer/discounted price with taxes, unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged to you on the date of delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food products prices do change on a daily basis. In case of products such as Fresh Food, Vegetables and Fruits etc. the delivered weight may have variance and product will be billed accordingly on the actual weight.

Despite our best efforts, there may be an instance of mispricing of items in our catalogue/offer on Website and application. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, you may return at the time of delivery or we may not supply the product unless the problem get resolved and if you do not want to purchase the Product in such higher price we shall cancel your order and refund you the amount paid by you for such cancelled transaction.

Payment Policy:      

Neema Impex India  offers you multiple payment options both online and offline however we reserves its right to add or delete any mode of payment without any prior notice.

You can place your order with us either on our Website and application or over phone or whatsapp.

Payment:

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website and application, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

  1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
  2. Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your issuing bank, or
  3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
  4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

All payments made against the purchases of products on Website and application by you shall be in Indian Rupees only. Website and application will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website and application.

You represent and confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Neema Impex India  for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Neema Impex India  reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

You authorise Neema Impex India  to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account.

That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

However, we do not warrant/guarantee that product description or other content of this Website and application is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points of time or through different courier partners.

Delivery Locations:

We currently deliver orders to selected pin codes/areas across a city within India only.

Neema Impex india may  run certain Special Promotions form time to time or particular day under additional specific terms and conditions which shall be published on our website or social media portal.

Shipping Policy

1. Do I have to pay shipping charges?

You don’t have to pay any shipping charges. You can review these charges before making the payment at the Check Out page.

2. By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 8-10 working days as due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries.

3. How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?

We trying out best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. Yes, COD is available with a maximum limit of Rs 2000.

4. What is the mode of delivery at Neema Impex India?

We have partnered with our authorized courier services for the shipment of products across India. Depending upon your location and reach, we make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

5. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Neema Impex Indiat. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.

Refund Policy

1. What is the Returns policy of Neema Impex India?

At Neema impex India, we understand how much you value your every purchase and for us, good customer experience is utmost important. Hence, to fulfil our word, we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

 All you need to do is raise a return request, within a period of 12 hrs from the date of delivery (damaged and defective) following the below steps:

We will ensure that you get a resolution at the earliest.

At Neema Impex India, we assure you that all products are checked properly before shipping them but even then the product you receive is “Damaged, Defective”, our returns policy will solve your problem.

 Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the video while opening the box, showing all 6 sides of the package when sealed and images along with the shipping label on [email protected] and our support team will get back to you for your refund processing.

Note: Fresh vegetable, fruit, natural plants etc will be not return after deliver to customer.

2. How do I return an item purchased on Neema Impex India?

Now with our easy returns policy, returning a product is very convenient. If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and you wish to return the product, by just following the below-mentioned procedures:

Raise a return request by sending us the return request mail on our customer support email id “[email protected]  “.

Once we have received your request, one of our Customer Service Executive will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.

Ideally, we do a reverse pickup of the product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as

Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle-free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:

  1. If the return request is made after the specified time that is 12 hours (for damaged and defective).
  2. Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.
  3. Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.

 3. When are returns not possible?

At Neema Impex India, we try our level best to give you the best customer service experience but even though there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios are as below:

Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we do have a facility of refund as per the refund policy described as below:

Cancellation Policy

1. Can I cancel an order?

Though the Neema Impex India  website www.rangolimart.com  itself does not have an option to cancel an order once the order made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service at [email protected]  or call  at the earliest (within 12 hours of placing the order) with your Order Number to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel the same.

2. Can I modify or change my order?

Our helpful and friendly Customer Service Executives are always at your service in case you want to modify your order; simply email us at at [email protected] .

3. Can I mix and match items from different sets and collections? In other words, can you personalise a set?

Sorry, that’s not possible. We cannot personalise things. The exact set, as shown on the www.rangolimart.com website, will be delivered to you.
